DDA Housing Scheme 2018-2019 ,Flats, Location, Application,Price List
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has certain to make some alteration in its housing plan that is set to be launched in February 2020 and this is due to the tepid reaction to its latest housing schemes. The offering would be new housing with established infrastructure in place. Under the housing scheme of 2017, the returned flats of homebuyers in earlier editions were kept as offerings. The 2017 housing plan apparently failed to provide proper civic amenities and infrastructure and hence the authority faced a lot of censures.
Following are the proposed offering of DDA Housing Scheme 2020
A total of 20,987 flats will be constructed and categorized into 4 major segments. Three-bedroom (3BHK) flats catering to the high-income group (HIG) will be 488 in number; for the middle-income group 579 flats have been allocated; for the low-income group and economically weaker section, 16,296 units and 3,624 homes are allocated, respectively. The location of these houses will be Narela, Vasant Kunj, Siraspur and Rohini Dwarka. The construction has started in its full swing at most of the sites, and the March of next year is the expected timeframe for completion. Also, there has been an increase in the area of the one-bedroom unit from 323 sqft to 430 sqft.
Owing to the amended targets of constructing one lakh homes by 2022, the initial plan of building 16,000 homes has been updated to the present number.
Locations: In Vasant Kunj, approximately 416 HIG homes, 268 MIG homes, and 94 LIG homes will be available on Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Road while near Sector B, Pocket 2, 72 HIG homes will be constructed. Near Sultanpur tomb, 311 MIG and 125 LIG houses will be constructed while in Narela and Rohini, around 16,077 LIG and 3,624 Janta homes will be built.
Integrated facilities in homes: According to the news, premium safety features will be incorporated in Jasola Vihar’s HIG flats. In addition, the latest earthquake-resistant technology will be used in the construction of the flats. Several other features like RO-treated water, local sewage management plant and multilevel underground parking will be incorporated. Moreover, as per the National Building Code, 2016, high-rise style will be integrated with building the complexes.
